Pursuant to 18 CFR Section 358.7(c), notice of consent provided
by a transmission customer to allow DGT to disclose certain of the
transmission customer's non-public information to marketing function
employees is posted below. DGT did not provide any preferences, either
operational or rate related, in exchange for the voluntary consents shown.
